So first you have an initial screening, then some technical assessments. After that it's multiple rounds of behavioral and situational interviews. Then you'll have final discussions with senior management. After all that, they'll give you feedback, do background checks and then decide if they're making an offer based on how you did overall.
- Could you describe the workings of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) cycles?
Analyst
The interview process started with an associate consultant discussing my profile and past projects. This was followed by a case study round. The third round was with a senior manager who seemed very arrogant and uninterested, almost as if forced to conduct the interview. He presented a case study but didn't even listen to my solution, asking for exact numbers on a guess estimate. When I asked about the typical client solutions, he curtly told me I should have gotten the JD. I didn't press further, realizing his lack of interest. I've had many interviews, but this manager's attitude was the worst I've ever encountered. If you're not genuinely interested in assessing candidates, please don't waste anyone's time.
- Can you elaborate on your background and past work experiences?
- Would you be able to work through this case study?
- For this guess estimate, what are the precise figures you'd provide?
