First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Georgia Tech.
Executive Assistant
The interview process was very difficult. I had to interview for 5 days straight with each department within the College. There were 3 to 5 people per interview. I was called by the HR Manager first and interviewed and then had to interview with her again on the fifth day. This could have definitely been a better streamlined process.
- Why do you believe you would be a good fit for our School?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process was quite interesting. I had three interviews in total. The first one was straightforward, while the second one presented more of a challenge. The third interaction wasn't really an interview; they were very hospitable, offering coffee and snacks. My only concern was the delay in receiving the offer letter from Ga Tech.
- What questions do you anticipate I will ask?
- What is your motivation for wanting to work at Ga Tech?
Office Assistant
It was a really positive and loving environment, super easy to talk to and answer questions. I really enjoyed the interview and learning more about the process and duties of being an office assistant.
- What are your goals in becoming an office assistant?
