The interview was pretty chill and straightforward. They made me do a writing sample exercise for 15 minutes right before the interview. The HR team is incredibly slow in moving the hiring process forward, though.

First there was a phone interview, then about a week or two later I had an in-person interview. It was a pretty relaxed interview. They really valued confidence, so being sure about your answers and experience was important. Before the interview, I also had to do a writing sample. After the in-person interview, they contacted all my references. The background check and hiring process took about 2-3 weeks after the in-person interview.
