it went very smoothly, and they are very flexible about time and schedule and respect about your interest of research. the process took about 2 weeks, which is very quick. The staff also all very helpful in term of answering questions for onboarding

They only asked super specific questions about my research experience and nothing else. They only cared about how my experience related to the PI's current projects. They want me to write 2 cover letters and read 3 journal articles before the interview. They didn't say anything about their current research. It was a one way interview.
