The interview process was straightforward. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. The questions they asked were simple. I wouldn't apply to GWU again, though, as this was for the mother-baby unit and parking isn't free.

It was a good, thorough, and professional interview. They were upfront about what they expected, the benefits, and what the job entails. It sounds like a great match with good pay. They went over the shift details and my day-to-day responsibilities in this role.

It was a long process, mainly because I actually applied for the second new grad program since the first one filled up super fast. I had to email the recruiter a bunch of times to make sure I got an interview, but they were really responsive and easy to talk to.
