This role has a 2-stage interview process. You might get a call from a recruiter or a referral from a staff member. Then, there's a series of interviews with senior staff. It's a pretty standard interview process. Usually, you'll only have one interview, but if you don't have a referral, it can go up to 2-3 phases. It's a great experience, so make sure you know your resume inside and out.

I didn't have an interview process for the assistantship. They give assistantships based on grades and how involved you are in the acceptance process. I got an assistantship that was more than I expected because I interacted with the staff during student admissions. I was nice to the staff and reached out to professors to find out more about what they do in areas I'm interested in at the school.
