I had an in person interview with the manager, an HR person and two faculty members. This position involves working closely with staff, faculty, and students. It was an at-will employment situation. The salary offered was $25-27 per hour, but the benefits were great, including full medical coverage, tuition remission, 21 days off annually, and sick leave.

Applied online and went through a smooth interview process. It started with a group interview with the current office staff, followed by a one-on-one with the head of the office. They asked clear questions and were good about giving me time to respond and looking over my resume beforehand. It was a good experience overall.
