We started with a phone chat where they asked me about my photography background and client work. They also asked about my wedding photography preferences. After that, I had to submit about 200 unedited photos for a portfolio review. It was kinda fun since I hadn't shot too many weddings yet, but I used my portrait shots too. They said I'd hear back in 2 weeks, but they got back to me in just a few days!

The interview was not difficult, as long as you have enough experience, you should be fine. They mainly want to make sure you use current technology in your photography, and can keep up with the specific way they handle client relationships and image management. You will have to submit a rather large, unedited portfolio of images within a week or so from your phone interview. There are several steps you have to complete before you will get any bookings.
