I hit up a job fair at my school and a few weeks later they called me for a quick phone interview. I'm a sophomore, just so you know where I'm at. The first phone interview was super easy, mostly behavioral stuff with one general technical question to sort of screen me. Then they called again and said they wanted me to come to Richmond for an on-site interview. They even put me up in a nice hotel near their HQ. The on-site itself was three 1-on-1 interviews. They asked a lot of behavioral questions again and a few technical ones that were pretty general.

The interview was really nice and I enjoyed it. They asked some basic technical questions, and then wanted me to go over my resume and talk about how things on it related to my work at the company. They also showed me around the office and gave me the lowdown on what I'd be doing and what they do.

It was a set of video interviews with the manager of the team and then two members of the IT team. Both interviews were very chill and asked pretty straight forward questions.
