Customer Service Representative
I got sent a link for a virtual interview. It had 6 questions in total, each on its own screen. They gave me 2-3 minutes to answer each one and I got one chance to retake an answer if I didn't like my first one or if something happened while recording. Super easy to relax.
- Can you share some general questions about your past employment situations and why you are interested in working for Genworth?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was really fast and easy. They gave me the offer exactly one week after my interview. First, I did a Hirevue interview, and then I met with three managers from different teams.
- Be ready for STAR behavioral questions.
Customer Service Representative
I submitted my resume online and a few days later, an HR person contacted me for a screening call where they asked things like my birthdate and salary needs. A week after that, an interview was set up for Saturday. It was a group interview with about 4 people on the panel. One person asked all the questions while the others took notes. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. I got to ask my questions at the end. I got a call on Tuesday and was offered the job.
- Have you ever had issues getting along with coworkers?
