I applied on October 21st and got a call from HR on October 30th for a phone interview. I had connectivity problems and the call dropped 3 times but they called me back and rescheduled for November 4th. The second interview was with the HR rep and the manager. It was scheduled for 2:30 pm and lasted about 45 mins. I had technical issues with MS Teams and couldn't join until 2:40 pm, so I emailed them. The manager sent me a link via WhatsApp and I was able to join from my phone. Despite the technical issues, the interview went well. They asked detailed and challenging technical questions about my background, work experience, and studies. I got the offer two days later. They offer free accommodation (a nice single room with a private toilet) and meals with a signing bonus of RM1k.

HR will give you a call to set up the interview. Please remember to bring all the necessary documents, plus an extra copy. You'll also need the original documents and some photos. Plan your trip to Genting carefully, as getting to the interview might take a while if the room is being used by others. The interview itself will usually have two people from the department you're applying to, along with one HR person. Be prepared for the possibility of getting sick in the first few months, as the temperature averages between 18-21 degrees Celsius. If you get a call from HR, you'll likely be hired.
