They requested me for a face-to-face interview because they said they preferred to show the company to the potential employee. So I traveled cross state to the interview location, did a 1 hour test and a short interview. During the interview they did not show me around and told me I could've just did an online interview and didn't have to travel.

I applied on October 21st and got a call from HR on October 30th for a phone interview. I had connectivity problems and the call dropped 3 times but they called me back and rescheduled for November 4th. The second interview was with the HR rep and the manager. It was scheduled for 2:30 pm and lasted about 45 mins. I had technical issues with MS Teams and couldn't join until 2:40 pm, so I emailed them. The manager sent me a link via WhatsApp and I was able to join from my phone. Despite the technical issues, the interview went well. They asked detailed and challenging technical questions about my background, work experience, and studies. I got the offer two days later. They offer free accommodation (a nice single room with a private toilet) and meals with a signing bonus of RM1k.

- During my interview, I felt very comfortable because it was more like a relaxed conversation than a formal Q&A session.

There will be two interviewers, a senior HR and an HR manager. They'll ask questions directly and in a friendly way. The whole thing is about 40 minutes. They'll ask some easy questions, like telling you to introduce yourself, if you know about the company, which location you prefer (Genting, Pahang, or Wisma Genting in KL), and why you chose this place. After that, the HR will go over the benefits. The job requires working every day with five days off.
