Applied via their website and completed a 2-hour assessment covering reasoning, math, reading, and personality. About two weeks later, I received an hour-long assessment on a very buggy platform. This assessment included a short part on statistics/reasoning, a video response about handling interpersonal conflict, a poorly written multiple-choice section on Java/OOP concepts, and an easy LeetCode problem with a broken test runner. I suspect my participation was to help them test their internal assessment software.

Had an initial chat with the recruiter, where we talked about my resume and what I was interested in. Then, I set up another interview. I got to ask my questions, and then he asked me some technical questions.

I applied for the job and got an email with a link to schedule an interview. I picked a day and time, but when the interview came, no one was there. I called the interviewer using the number in the email. She didn't even say sorry for missing the interview but told me there were no openings, even though she had contacted me about the position.
