It was a very friendly chat. They asked a lot of good questions about my background, what I'm interested in, and where I want to go. They also gave some helpful advice. I spoke with two people from the team. It was just one interview. I got an offer a few weeks later and took it.

I met with a group of designers at Gensler. We talked about my school portfolio that I had brought with me and what being an interior designer at Gensler's Houston Office is like. I also had to solve a problem before the meeting and then go over my solutions with the same group.

I applied on their website, and then a recruiter set up a 20-minute phone chat within a week. After that, there was a 45-minute virtual meeting where I showed my portfolio to two designers and a studio director. I had to go through two projects, talking about each for about 5 to 7 minutes, explaining my part, the challenges, and how well I know Revit/BIM.
