You gotta do an online application first, and then they'll hit you up via email. After that, it's two rounds of interviews, and then they give you the offer. The first round felt like I was meeting way too many people, like the whole marketing crew all at once in this super small conference room, and it went on for 2 hours. Then for the second round, I met 6 different people who kept coming in and out of the same tiny conference room, and they all asked me the SAME questions. Finally, they asked me to come in for an offer, and I met with one HR person.

Behavioral Presentation

It was a pretty chill interview process, all in all. I had four interviews in total: the HR recruiter, the Director of marketing, two marketing managers, and then a principal and director from a studio. Everyone was really nice, laid-back, and open about things. The whole thing took about a month from start to offer. Overall, it was a good experience.

After applying, I was contacted by a recruiter and had a Zoom screen call. The timeline was slow, both from applying to hearing back and after the screen call to hearing results. Although I didn't get the job, the recruiter was fine. The process just felt a bit inefficient.
