The interview process was a nice experience, and I liked that there was plenty of opportunity to discuss things. The office environment was also great. The main drawback was that they said I'd get quick feedback on the offer, but that didn't happen. I had to reach out to HR today and just got a generic rejection email with no explanation. It was a cold, robotic response, which is a shame because it makes me not want to consider working there in the future.

It started with a 20-minute phone interview to check my language level. After a week, I got an invitation for a face-to-face interview because my language skills were good. In the face-to-face, they explained their business and the responsibilities of the job. Then, I introduced myself, covering my education, experience, and why I wanted to join their company. They also asked about my 5-year plan. After some questions in English, I met the team and saw the workflow. About a week later, I received positive feedback and the job offer.

I had 4 interviews in total. The first two were short (5-10 minutes each) and were in English and German. Then there was an interview with HR and a short F&A test. The questions were easy. The last interview was with the Operations Manager and Team Lead, and this is the one that really matters, as they want to see if you fit with the team.
