Lab Technician
It was a super easy interview process. They asked some normal questions. It seems like a really good place to work with a good environment. The lab director was nice and they seemed to know what they were talking about.
- What instruments do you have experience on?
Lab Technician
It was pretty simple and direct. Got a call, and then set up an interview with HR. It was just one day for the interview, and we also took a look around the lab. I met with two managers and a few other staff members.
- Describe your approach to managing tasks with strict deadlines.
Lab Technician
The interview process involved a discussion about my knowledge of specific instruments. They threw in a few unexpected questions to gauge my ability to think on my feet. I was asked to discuss my relevant work experience and personal values. The interviewer also gave me a tour of the facilities and we had some casual conversation.
