I had 4 phone calls that lasted 3 hours in total. I talked to people from HR and Sales leaders. Then they ghosted me without any explanation. I tried to follow up via email and voicemail with the HR Manager, but I never heard back. This was super unexpected and disappointing behavior for a company that says it wants to help people.

It was pretty straightforward, and since we were still being careful with covid, it was all done over video chat. The person interviewing me talked about my background and what the day-to-day would look like.

The interview process was good and covered a lot, although I sometimes wished they had asked me more questions since I felt prepared. I liked that they interviewed me as a group; it made sense to show how the company works together.
