Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Genmab.
Research Associate
First, an HR representative called to talk about my availability, salary expectations, and other benefits. This was followed by a 1-hour online interview with the hiring manager and a teammate. Later, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager's manager (n+2) and another manager. Everyone was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable expressing myself.
- Can you describe how you handle disagreements with coworkers?
Research Associate
Heard back quickly from HR after the initial screening and before the in-person interview. The HR person was super helpful, and the in-person interview felt really laid-back. Got a tour of the facilities, which was nice and informative.
- What makes you want to join Genmab?
Research Associate
First, there was a short 10 min intro call. Then, a few weeks later, I had my first interview, which was on Teams, and they asked some basic questions about techniques. The last interview was at Genmab with other team members and was more detailed about the position.
- Do you know these techniques/equipment?
