So I started with a screening call where they asked me about my background, experience, and availability. Then, they had me create test cases and asked some psych questions. The whole thing was pretty straightforward and organized, and each part helped me get a better feel for the job and the company.

I applied online through their careers page and had a phone screen. During the call, I talked about my Product Manager experience in marketing and advertising. The interviewer seemed confused and thought I was a marketing manager. They asked if I was sure I wanted to apply for a Product Manager role and not a Marketing Manager role. I clarified multiple times that I am a Product Manager and that's why I applied. A few days later, I got an email asking again if I was sure about applying for the Product Manager position, not a Marketing one. I confirmed again that I am a Product Manager. The whole experience was underwhelming. The questions were very basic and didn't really get into PM experience, and they still didn't understand I was a Product Manager after I explained it several times.

The interview process was pretty long, involving a 1-hour interview, an online test, and 3 onsite interviews. It felt like they had no respect for my time since I had to go to their office 3 separate times. The last interview even required a tech presentation. They rejected me via email saying I wasn't a match, but only after getting my colleagues' info and setting up reference checks.
