The interview process was easy and supportive, more like a conversation. It involved some technical aspects, thinking questions, and market making games. It was a pleasant experience. They also asked about motivations. There weren't a lot of coding questions. It started with a lot of assessments and then followed by interview rounds.

I had a chat with two senior traders. We talked about my education and if I knew anyone in trading, and what I knew about the company. They also asked some technical questions about what was happening in the market then and about current world news.

The interview process started with a phone call from HR. They asked about the company and the role, and my previous experience. They asked typical interview questions but seemed disengaged, as they were cleaning and making noise during my answers. This was quite unprofessional. The next step was an in-person interview at the Dublin office with three people from the trading team. They discussed the role, the company, and my background again. They asked a series of standard behavioral questions. They repeatedly mentioned the long working hours and that the pay is below market rates, but did mention a good bonus. Following this, there was a 20-minute math test that included brainteasers. The final stage was a group call via Skype with the team leads in Chicago. They appeared uninterested and repeated the same questions asked in Dublin. They placed too much importance on prior trading experience, despite the role being for a Junior Trader. HR never confirmed if an offer was made, even after I followed up with several emails. This was again very unprofessional. I would not suggest applying.
