I applied on their website. Then I got a sketchy email from the recruiter asking to schedule a call ASAP. We had a quick screening call where they asked questions similar to what I put on my application. After that, I didn't hear back.

The interview was remote via Zoom and involved talking with a couple of managers. They extended an offer within a few days. It was pretty straightforward, not feeling very competitive, and it seems like there's a lot of people cycling through. The questions asked were quite basic.

My first interview was with the recruiter, and it went okay, but they weren't super clear about the role, saying the hiring manager wasn't specific in the job description. Then, I had a disastrous interview with the hiring manager. The Zoom link had issues, making me a couple of minutes late (my bad!). But the hiring manager seemed completely uninterested. They didn't ask anything about my industry experience or my PM background, and didn't seem to realize I'd worked for two of their main competitors. I know it's my interview, but this hiring manager didn't know how to interview well. Of course, maybe they were put off by my lateness and wrote me off from the start, but if so, they should have just said it.
