Behavioral Technical Coding

It was a 3 step process. First, an HR call for about 30 minutes where we did introductions and they asked me some questions about my visa status. Second, a 1 hour behavioral interview where I was asked about my past work experience using behavioral questions. Lastly, a 1 hour technical interview covering common questions about https, REST APIs, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Worst company I have ever seen, taken 2 round of interviews and not telling the feedback. If not interested to hire don’t wast time of employee. After 2 rounds of interview they won’t reply or attend the call if you want to know the feedback of interview.

Behavioral Technical Coding Presentation

A recruiter initially reached out on LinkedIn and after an interesting conversation, I applied via a referral. Next, I had a 30-minute Zoom call with the recruiter where we discussed my experience, skills, the role, and salary expectations. This went well, and the recruiter had a great personality. Then, I had a 1-hour Zoom call, which was supposed to be with the hiring manager and director, but it ended up just being the hiring manager. They asked various technical questions, covering frontend and DevOps topics, which aligned well with my experience, particularly regarding frontend testing (integration and regression). The interviewer was friendly, and I felt comfortable. The subsequent round was a take-home coding challenge using a modern frontend framework to display data from a real API via GitHub. The goal was to assess my Git, framework, API, design, and testing (unit, e2e) skills. I really enjoyed this as it felt practical. Finally, there was a 1.5-hour technical screen share via Zoom with a panel of 4, but ultimately I only spoke with the hiring manager and another manager. This involved walking through my take-home code, discussing my approach, testing, and areas for improvement, followed by general technical and soft skills questions. I felt at ease. I received an offer within a few days. Overall, it was a positive experience with a good sense of culture.
