It was a pretty standard process. Started with a phone call from the recruiter. Then I had zoom interviews with two managers and the director. Overall, it felt like a really common interview flow with good communication about what was next. Everyone was friendly to talk to.

I applied online and then emailed an HR manager expressing my interest. About a week later, I had a 30-minute phone interview with the hiring manager and sourcing director where we talked about my background and some behavioral stuff. After another week, they invited me for the final on-site interview in Golden Valley. HR was super helpful with scheduling and arranging my travel and stay. Before the on-site, I got links for two personality tests and one timed deductive reasoning test (just basic logic, don't stress about it). At the on-site, I first met a sourcing director and then two sourcing managers. The questions were mostly behavioral with some technical sourcing questions mixed in. Then, I met a current buyer for coffee to chat about the role and the company culture, and they showed me around the campus. After that, I interviewed with an HR associate who asked more behavioral questions. I finished up with the HR Manager, who went over the next steps. I got an offer the next day. Everyone was great and seemed genuinely interested in finding someone who was a good fit for both the role and the team. HR was really communicative and helpful throughout. It was a great experience, though pretty exhausting with about four hours of non-stop talking. They really care about the position.

I found the job posting on a directory site and was sent to GM's website to apply. An HR person contacted me to set up an initial phone call with them. During this call, they explained the role, and I introduced myself. Afterward, I had a Skype interview in French with someone from operations. Later, I had a phone interview with two American interviewers, which took place in the evening due to the time difference. The final step was an in-person interview at the Boulogne office with a different HR representative than the first one. Overall, the interviews went well, and I had no issues with the people I spoke with. However, I'm giving a negative review because I was never contacted after the process was completed, even after following up, my messages were ignored. I think it's really strange to leave a candidate without any news, especially after they've gone through all the stages and were told all candidates would be notified about acceptance or rejection.
