First, I had a phone interview. Then, I went to the office for a face-to-face interview with three people: two directors and a manager. It was weird because no one could really explain the job I was applying for, and I didn't even talk to anyone who would be my direct boss.

So the interview process started with a one-on-one chat with a really high-up sales exec. He was super nice and down to earth. After that, I had a phone interview with three more senior execs. That also went great and I got a good vibe about the company from them.

I first applied through my college job search system with just my resume and then I had to attend an info session. After that, I spoke with them again at the career fair. My resume was accepted and then my first interviews were one-on-one on campus. Later that week, I was told about the second round of interviews and tests. This included a test that we "were not expected to finish" which measured our general intellectual ability, with word and math questions. We were also told about a personality test to take online over the next week. Lastly, there was a second one-on-one interview. About a week later, I heard about the third round. They flew me to the sales office, gave me a tour, I shadowed someone in the position I wanted for 30 minutes, interviewed with the top people in the office, and then we went to lunch. I got home and got an offer a week or two later.
