It was purely behavioral with two rounds. They only interviewed me twice because they forgot my first interview happened. I got a verbal confirmation about getting paperwork for the next steps and starting my employment. But then, I received a rejection email three weeks later. Very unprofessional.

Behavioral

I interviewed for a role where I thought I was a perfect fit due to my experience and active clearance, and my salary expectations were aligned. The recruiter and I initially had good rapport, but things changed when they asked about my total years of experience. My answer (over 15 years) seemed to shock the recruiter, who then implied the job wouldn't be challenging enough for me. This made the rest of the conversation awkward, and they quickly ended the call. I received a rejection email shortly after. I suspect the recruiter was under-qualified and tactless. To see if this was an isolated incident, I applied to a few other positions I was qualified for, but again, I only received rejection emails without even an interview request. If you're an experienced candidate applying here, pay close attention to the minimum experience requirements and perhaps adjust your answer accordingly.

A recruiter contacted me and I was invited for an onsite interview at the Towson branch. After arriving, I waited for over 25 minutes in the reception area without being offered a drink. I was then taken to a small room with three interviewers who were unfriendly from the start. They asked questions from a sheet of paper and argued with every answer I gave, even correct ones, pressuring me about my responses. Their rudeness, condescension, and agenda were unclear, and they avoided eye contact, seemingly finding amusement in my discomfort. It was the worst interview I've experienced. Despite remaining professional and sending a thank you letter, it's been over a month with no response, so I assume I didn't get the job, though I would have declined it.
