I applied online and heard back about two weeks later for an interview. It was pretty short, maybe 20 minutes. Usually, two people interview you, could be leads or the manager with HR. They both jot down your answers. Then, they move you to another room for a typing test where you read a couple of paragraphs and then rewrite them, plus answer some questions. They're not really focused on your answers, more on your writing ability and grammar.
