The interview for the UXDI course was pretty easy and direct. Someone from administration contacted me and talked to me about my interest in the User Experience Design Immersive program. They asked me some questions about a design challenge. Essentially, they wanted to gauge if candidates have the right mindset for User Experience.

I first got in touch with Splunk, and then they emailed me to set up a phone interview. It was the next day and super short, only 10 minutes. After that, they invited me to the office to meet the person I'd report to. We chatted for about 30-40 minutes about my experience, his role, the kind of work he needed help with, and my past projects. I showed him a couple of projects, and he said he'd let me know. A few days later, I heard back that I didn't get the job.
