We start with your application and an initial screening, then move to a first-round interview. After that, you'll have a demo lesson where you'll teach a sample class, and we'll look at your lesson structure, how you engage students, and your classroom management. You might get feedback and discuss your choices afterward. This is followed by the final interview, then reference and background checks, and finally, the job offer and contract signing.

Met face-to-face with the Head of Department, then the Principal, and finally the Executive Principal. The staff were friendly and the pupils were good. Overall, it was a positive experience with no tricky questions. Safeguarding questions were expected, as was the structure of your lessons and how you would assess students.

Presentation Behavioral

Travelled to London for an interview, only to find out it was for a different school than what I was initially told. HR communication before and after the interview was quite poor. I was asked to prepare a portfolio, but the interviewer did not even review it during the meeting. This presentation was part of the onsite interview, and I assume they would have made an offer if it went well.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Could you describe your teaching style?
  • Would a full teaching schedule be too demanding for you?
