The interview process was long and I was warned about it. First, I had a recruiter call to set up a phone interview. Then, I had the actual phone interview with a very nice, informed, and efficient lady named Danyelle. After 3 months, I was called for the in-person interview with HR Manager Marcia Wells. The interview was about 45 minutes long and included a typing test. It was my favorite interview ever. Marcia made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous and never made me feel stupid or dismissed. We connected over taking notes, reading a lot, work-life balance, how awesome Gemini swag is, and the importance of workplace culture for accomplishing more when everyone respects it and each other. I'm currently waiting to hear back.

Behavioral Presentation

It was pretty straightforward, not too formal, and a pleasant, engaging experience that didn't drag on. A friend referred me since they knew the CEO was hiring. I was working somewhere else at the time. It started with an email, and then they set up an in-person interview. The first was one-on-one, then a week later, I interviewed with a few people, and two days after that, I got a written offer. The background and drug check took a week or two, I think.

So there were two interviews. First was a quick phone call, like 10-15 minutes. Then the next one was in person, about 35-40 minutes. It wasn't a tough interview, just make sure you prepare a bit beforehand.

The first interview went pretty well, but in the second one, they kept asking me about experience with things that were clearly not on my resume, which made it obvious they knew I didn't have it. The interviewer was very monotone and seemed uninterested, which made me feel pretty awkward.
