The quality assurance interview has 2 stages. The first one is with HR and is very relaxed, they only asked basic info. The second one is with the area managers and is more specific, I had to demonstrate skills for the role.

The process included an English test, a Portuguese test, an essay question (Who am I?), a logical reasoning test, and a personality test. After these tests, I was called for an individual interview where they asked basic questions like: Where do you live and with whom? What do they do? How old are they? Tell me a bit about your experiences; Why did you choose your course? Strengths and weaknesses?; And how did I work under pressure?
