I was hired by HR via whatsapp where the person said they would only give me information after I answered questions about my experience and interest in the position, I answered as requested. About two days passed and no response, I decided to send a message asking if everything was okay and if there were any further questions, no response for another two days, until the recruiter returned apologizing and asking if we could schedule a chat, I showed interest and stated my availability, I never got a response regarding this scheduling or any explanatory message to this day. Extremely disappointed

The HR person first introduced the company and then came the scientific questions from the team you would work with. At the end, there were some typical HR questions. The employees were very nice, but apparently there was no chance if you don't have experience with specific strains, despite a lot of experience, applicability and adaptability.

After submitting my written application, I was personally invited for the 1st and 2nd interviews with HR. The entire process was quick and transparent. There was an open and nice interview atmosphere, with space for questions. The company and the job requirements were also presented well and clearly. All in all, a very positive process. The only downside I see is a written rejection after the 2nd interview. Given the positive progression so far, I would have wished for a short call here.

The process included an English test, a Portuguese test, an essay question (Who am I?), a logical reasoning test, and a personality test. After these tests, I was called for an individual interview where they asked basic questions like: Where do you live and with whom? What do they do? How old are they? Tell me a bit about your experiences; Why did you choose your course? Strengths and weaknesses?; And how did I work under pressure?
