I connected with the partners and senior accountant managers. I discussed my accounting experience and interests, specifically tax accounting and finance. They wanted to confirm my grasp of fundamental concepts like debits and credits, the balance sheet, and bank reconciliations.

Interview process was great. Had basic interviews with HR and in-depth interviews with Tax Managers. It was more like a conversation with them and getting to know the environment of GRF.

The building was nice. You'll have to do a test. Make sure to study your financial accounting basics. It's not too long, but they aren't looking for Quickbooks Bookkeepers. Everyone was nice overall. They had snacks. This was a while ago, so I don't recall many specifics.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you explain Debits vs Credits using a T-Chart?
  • What is the difference between Assets and Liabilities?
