I applied online and then had a video call with the recruiter about a week later. We talked about my tax work experience, and they also shared details about the firm and the job. The recruiter was nice, and I was hopeful about the position. They said I might hear back the next week. After following up twice by email with no reply, I got an automated rejection 25 days later. I guess it being December might have slowed things down.

First, there was a video screen where they talked about the company and went over my resume. After that, I had two assessments that involved calculations and Excel, which were pretty straightforward. Then, I interviewed with the hiring managers. They asked about my skills and interests and provided a lot of details about the company. The whole process felt professional and friendly.

It started with an HR phone screen, then a take-home test. After that, I met with the team director, then the manager, and finally a partner. The director's interview felt like he was just reading questions off a list, some were pretty random. The manager interview was chill though, we talked about my Excel abilities and my past experience. It was more of a chat. The partner interview was way more intense than the others. I thought I did okay, but I'm not sure why they passed on me.

I applied online and then had a phone screen. The recruiter was friendly, and even though I didn't get the job, they let me know the status afterwards, which was cool because a lot of places don't do that anymore. It made me think they really appreciate candidates who take the time to apply. I'd definitely apply to them again.
