I got an email saying I had an hour to chat with HR. The call started right at the end of the hour, which was a bit tight. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their Morden office. Someone nice met me and gave me an IQ test that took about an hour. A couple of days later, I was asked to come in for an assessment day where I learned a system design tool and did some tasks for a few hours. Then I met the director. Two days after that, I got an offer.

I applied through indeed and got an automated email for an interview where I could pick the date. It was a face-to-face interview where they asked me about my knowledge of the company, my reaction to a client disliking a project mockup, and what I consider the most important technology of the past 20 years. The interviewer seemed bored. The next part was a logical reasoning and text comprehension test on a computer, which was easy. My advice: only go if you're really interested in the company, as my experience and Glassdoor reviews suggest it's not great. They also don't give feedback but ask for yours.

The experience was good. The interviewer was pleasant. Got me to do an initial 45 or so mins psychometric test on the computer after which there was a formal interview held by the same person.
