I'm not sure about the exact interview stages, but their assessment is designed to make you fail. I had to do 2 assessments. The issue was that the assessments were outdated and didn't follow current guidelines, and I didn't have the correct materials. Also, the specialty coding assessment wasn't for the specialty I applied for. When I told the recruiter, they insisted I had to take that specific assessment. As expected, I got a really low score. I suggested to the recruiter that they update their assessment content to better evaluate candidates. The pay was low ($10/hr base plus $1.09 per E/M chart and $1.63 per surgery, with minimums of 10 CPH for E/M and 8 CPH for surgery), but this wasn't going to be my main income source anyway.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.

It's pretty straightforward to get through. You'll need knowledge of ICD-10-CM. The interview usually wraps up within a day. They often ask if you can join immediately. If you have experience, they'll provide accommodation for 15 days.
- Can you explain the ICD-10-CM guidelines?
