Had a phone screening, then a MS Teams interview the next day where the talent specialist forgot the link and I had to chase it. After that, I had another interview with a senior talent executive who told me verbally that an offer was coming. I ended up having to follow up three times, was ghosted for two weeks, and then finally got a rejection email.

- What are your thoughts on the company?

SQL Developer
So, there are two rounds in this interview. The first one was a virtual interview and I passed that. The second round is a coding interview which is onsite. They make you feel comfortable during the coding round. I'm waiting for the second round now. Overall, it was a good experience.
- What are the basic SQL commands?
- Can you explain the difference between TRUNCATE and DELETE?
- How do you optimize SQL queries?
AR Associate
It's a good experience, great time to take the interview, all good. There are four rounds. The HR round is so easy and they support very well. Firstly, you should know what these technologies are, as you will be working with them if you get selected. Knowing about these technologies will help you get through the later stages of the recruitment procedure.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Medical Coder
I'm not sure about the exact interview stages, but their assessment is designed to make you fail. I had to do 2 assessments. The issue was that the assessments were outdated and didn't follow current guidelines, and I didn't have the correct materials. Also, the specialty coding assessment wasn't for the specialty I applied for. When I told the recruiter, they insisted I had to take that specific assessment. As expected, I got a really low score. I suggested to the recruiter that they update their assessment content to better evaluate candidates. The pay was low ($10/hr base plus $1.09 per E/M chart and $1.63 per surgery, with minimums of 10 CPH for E/M and 8 CPH for surgery), but this wasn't going to be my main income source anyway.
