4 interviews total, 2 with the recruitment company and 2 with GEA. It was a long process but overall good. The first interview was a general screening based on my CV, a short phone call. The second interview included a personality test and some sort of IQ test. The third interview was with 2 managers from different departments. The fourth interview was with a top manager.

First, I signed up with a recruitment agency to get leads. I had an initial screening with the recruitment agency. Then, the agency presented me to GEA Process Engineering. I was then invited for an interview with three people: the project director, the general director, and a colleague project manager. The first conversation was with the project director, then the general director joined. Lastly, I had a talk with a colleague project manager. After that, references are checked. You have to provide two. Following the reference review, a proposal for the employment and salary conditions is made.
