Behavioral Presentation

The interviewer was the direct manager. It seemed pretty chill, but the whole team lacked communication and never responded with acceptance or rejection. The interview was for a procurement role. Nothing was asked of me, just an introduction. However, a colleague had to explain a university presentation.

Behavioral Technical

The hiring process was long, but they were transparent from the start. The first interview was introductory, followed by two more somewhat technical interviews with the managers. My experience was quite positive, mainly due to the quality of the interviews and the precision of the recruiters.

Behavioral Presentation

I met with the manager. They talked about the job and the company, and then asked me some questions. They really cared about whether I was motivated and willing to help out, which makes sense because the job is about helping project managers with their tasks. No special skills were needed, but a good understanding of the business world was important.
