Standard interview process, nothing too hard. Had 2 rounds before getting rejected. Technical questions were manageable, and it was a mix of technical and general management questions. The interviewers were nice.

Initial 30-minute call with HR. First, the HR person introduced themselves and the role. Then, I introduced myself. After that, they asked me some personal questions and about my experience. They also told me about the next steps. I didn't get any answers about the status of my application when I asked later.

GE has a really solid interview process. They're super organized with lots of important people involved. First, there's a recruiter call (about 15-30 minutes) where they hit you with the tough questions to see if you fit. Then, you have a video call with the hiring managers (around 1 hour). This felt really chatty, focusing on the job and what's needed. They did separate one-on-one chats, which was nice and surprisingly enjoyable. Finally, there are two video calls with different people (1 hour total). I talked to a senior lawyer and an HR person first, then right after, I met with the VP/GC. These were also super conversational, giving me a real chance to ask questions and learn about GE's culture. Even if I don't get the job, it was a great chance to meet people who are passionate about GE's mission.
