Behavioral Technical

First remote interview in English, not many specific details given, as often happens. Then, two weeks later, an in-person interview with HR and the department head, very technical and precise about the type of activities and the job. Received the offer two more weeks after that.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and the entire interview process spanned two months. The interviews were conducted at GE Power in Rugby. The recruiter was out of the loop and never got back to me on emails. The interview process had two stages. The first was a simple Teams discussion. The second stage involved a 15-minute presentation on a topic relevant to the role, followed by questions about the presentation and a factory tour. I had to use my own laptop for the presentation as no equipment was provided. The interviewers were nice, but the recruiter went silent at the end and didn't give any feedback.
