Had a basic interview with just one HR recruiter. They asked about 5 questions. I kind of wished I'd been interviewed by a team instead of only one recruiter who wasn't even in engineering. The recruiter was nice, but I just don't think we clicked well.

The interview process started with a background check. Then there was a Q&A session with the team leader. Following that, the HR manager conducted another Q&A during the background check. The HR manager asked about the confidential agreement with the previous employer, inquired about any fraud or ethics issues, how I found the job opening, my preference for working in a diversified group, and if I enjoy challenges. They also asked about my years of experience in the energy industry and my thoughts on it.
