I got an email to set up the interview. There were two interviews: the screening and then the one with HR and the manager. Everything went really well, and they were professional. Oh, and if you're going for a field job, look into the generators GE makes.

It was a 3-part process: resume review, a recorded interview on HireVue, and an interview with the hiring manager. The HireVue interview included 3 questions in English, as the job required basic English. They responded very quickly; the whole process took 2 weeks. The HR team was very attentive.

Behavioral

I had a Zoom interview that was behavioral. It was with an HR person and someone from the team. They wanted to see if I had the right technical and soft skills, like working with others, solving problems, and being able to adapt. The HR person mostly ran the interview. They asked about my past experiences, what I'm interested in, and where I see myself going in my career. Then they asked questions about the job, like times I showed leadership, worked with others, or took initiative.

  • Can you walk me through your background and introduce yourself?
