It was one round that covered aptitude, technical stuff, and managerial questions. It felt a bit hard but made sense. The person interviewing was helpful. You should know your core stuff really well. Be open-minded, they're checking how you approach things.

I met GE at a career expo in Houston, Texas. After asking a couple of questions about the company, I was offered an interview. I was given a variety of dates to have the interview - I chose to have it the next day. The interviewer arrived on time and well prepared! The interview was approximately 30 minutes long and consisted only of background/personal experience questions (no technical questions). I received a job exactly a week later.

Behavioral

I first chatted with a recruiter at the career fair and then applied online. About a month later, I got an interview. It was all behavioral questions, about 8 of them. Most of the questions were about bad situations, like when I failed, disappointed someone, or disagreed with my boss. It wasn't the most fun experience, but they were quick to respond and gave offers within a week.
