Behavioral Technical Presentation

For candidates with a B.S. degree, dinner was provided the night before the main interview day. During dinner, they met with managers and the lead technologist for the next day's interviews. They had casual conversations, and interviewers assessed their personalities and interests. The next day, each B.S. candidate interviewed with five people: the hiring manager, HR, and three technologists. These interviews covered both technical and non-technical aspects. Candidates also received a facility tour and saw presentations about past GE GRC projects and future technology plans. The interviewers were generally informal with the technologists, but more formal with the hiring manager and HR.

Technical Presentation Behavioral Technical

I was an intern at GE global research, and my manager was happy with my work and wanted to hire me. She left after my internship but promised to help me with the job application. However, the new manager didn't agree. I applied online and through an internal reference. I had an onsite interview, which lasted a whole day. The people there were very technical. I had to give a technical presentation and talk with the manager, team members, and HR. There were a few behavioral questions. The position was eventually canceled after a long wait.
