I started with a screening phone call where they reviewed my resume for valid experiences. Then, I had a more in-depth phone call with an HR manager about my finance experience. Finally, I went to the office for a super-day with 4 interviews. These were all behavioral, with minimal focus on financial skills.
- Can you tell me about your greatest strengths and weaknesses?

The whole thing took a few weeks. First, I had a phone chat with the hiring manager and a senior leader. Then, I went in for a face-to-face meeting where they hit me with some technical questions related to the job and some behavioral ones about the company's core values. HR gave me some tips beforehand on how to answer the behavioral questions, stressing the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result).
- Could you share an instance where you failed to meet a deadline?
