I talked to four people in total. The first was HR, then the hiring manager, and two more folks. Some chats were over the phone, and some were on video. The video software had some issues, it would freeze sometimes.

It started with a phone screen with HR and then the hiring manager. Then there was an intense onsite interview schedule where I met with six people separately. They all wanted to make sure I understood the workload involved. It was a very good and informative experience overall. All interviewers were clearly smart and busy, as most interviews were interrupted by work, but they were all friendly too. I felt a little intimidated but also like I fit in.

Had one informal chat, then a formal interview with the hiring manager. After that, a phone interview with HR, and finally a formal interview with the CIO. It was a pretty well-organized process. The interviewers seemed well-prepared, and everyone was on time, polite, and honest. Overall, a good experience.
