Three interviews happened back-to-back. It was pretty casual and based on experience. They didn't ask many behavioural questions. The interviewers seemed to have talked beforehand and decided before I even started. I was nervous and messed up the first interview a bit, but I think I did better in the next two. It's not ideal if the first person influenced the others.

The interview process was short and sweet, with reasonable questions and a quick decision. They focused on the task at hand, making it an enjoyable interview process compared to other banks. The recruiting company (Kelly Services) was a joke - sloppy and ill-informed. They even called my current employer to verify my status while I was still negotiating my job offer. I passed this feedback to management, but we're still using them. An employee I helped hire had the same experience, showing this mistake happened at least twice.

Interviewing with the Sr Manager and team was a good experience. Networking beforehand can help make the process smoother. If you're an internal GE employee, it's important to apply for the job quickly as there might be many applicants. Sometimes, politics can unfortunately play a role.
