Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really straightforward. It mostly involved behavioral questions. It seems like if you get an interview, your skills are good enough, but they will really probe into the details on your resume. They're trying to figure out if you're interested in growing your skills and if you're professional and mature.

It was a 5 STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Response) based pre-set questioning interview process. I've experienced a similar process at other medium-large companies, it's actually used by P&G and GE Aerospace. I wasn't sure I would get the offer since I hadn't prepared for two of the five questions they asked.
