The interview process was okay, but the interviewer's attitude was quite unprofessional. The way they dressed and talked, and the questions they asked, clearly indicated they didn't want to interview me, they were just there to fulfill requirements.

First, there was an online basic electrical test to see if I was eligible and where I would fit. Then, I had a two-part interview. The first part was with three employees where we talked about how to handle issues to check my thinking. The second part was with the manager, talking about my past, what I'm interested in, and my experience. They offered me the job right then and there, same day.

It started with a phone screening call. Then I had a 30-minute Teams interview a few days later. The last part was an in-person tour of the workshop where I saw the machines and how engines were put together in different areas. I also got a summary of what's expected for the Quality Technician role.
